Meat-free hummus wrap-up!
whole wheat pita bread (I used Trader Joe’s)
roasted red pepper hummus (I used Trader Joe’s)
red onion thinly sliced
green leaf lettuce
1 Boca soy patty, vegan
1/2 tsp of your favorite EVOO (I used chipotle infused)
red wine vinegar
Cook the burger in the oil then heat up the pita in the microwave then assemble your sandwich!  Delicious!
Nutrition:
calories 297, fat 6.8, sat. fat 0.3, cholest. 0, sodium 556, carb. 43.7, sugar 2.1, protein 23.3
