- whole wheat pita bread (I used Trader Joe’s)
- roasted red pepper hummus (I used Trader Joe’s)
- red onion thinly sliced
- green leaf lettuce
- 1 Boca soy patty, vegan
- 1/2 tsp of your favorite EVOO (I used chipotle infused)
- red wine vinegar
Cook the burger in the oil then heat up the pita in the microwave then assemble your sandwich! Delicious!
